Course duration: 60 minutes

This course provides training to those selling, specking, installing, and/or supporting Microflex Wireless Systems. The topics include a systems overview, technical working principles, features and benefits of the hardware components, features and benefits of the Microflex Wireless Software, the configuration process, and finally the most relevant maintenance and troubleshooting scenarios that you might encounter in the field.

This course is worth 0.5 AVIXA CTS renewable units (RUs) for CTS, CTS-D and CTS-I. Additional reading material is also available anytime to support your learning of this course.

If you wish to receive credit toward course completion, you will be required to pass a final exam with a score of 80% or higher.
